Nokedli (Spaetzel) Noodles




2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
1 3/4 cup flour
3 Tablespoons oil


Beat eggs with salt and then add 3/4 cup water.


Add flour to make smooth soft dough.



Push dough through Spaetzel maker or use a 1/2 teaspoon to break off small pieces into salted boiling water.



When they rise to the surface, they are done. To keep them from sticking together in the pan, remove as soon as the floating layer is full. Serve with Chicken Paprikash.

4 - 5 x recipe to serve 25
